  10. Then lower the temperature, add water (70-80 ml) to the meat products and simmer in a sealed container for another 5-7 minutes, until the liquid finally disappears. In the process of extinguishing, steam is formed, which will make the cutlets soft and delicious.

Tip: a beef dish will literally melt in your mouth if you pour 30-40 ml of fresh cream into the minced meat. And to make the meatballs become more voluminous, it is recommended to add beaten egg yolk (without protein).
