  • pork (preferably tenderloin) - 600-800 gr.
  • potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 200-300 gr.
  • fresh rosemary - a few leaves (you can take dry)
  • onions - 4-5 pcs.
  • milk - 300 ml
  • mayonnaise - 150 ml
  • berries of barberry
  • butter for form lubrication - 30 gr.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

1. First you need to make blanks: peel the potatoes and cut into thin circles (about 2-3 mm). Try to chop the meat thinly. Onions are chopped in half rings (also about 2 mm).

To easily cut meat evenly and thinly, freeze it in advance and use a sharp knife.

2. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

3. Take a baking dish. It can be a baking sheet, heat-resistant glass form or disposable aluminum foil. Lubricate the bottom and walls generously with butter.

4.Lay a layer of potato circles on the bottom. Put them a little overlap so that the pallet does not shine through. Salt and top with rosemary leaves (or sprinkle dry). Rosemary can be replaced with Provencal herbs or other spices to taste.

5. Put the meat on the potatoes in one layer. Be sure to salt, pepper to taste. And lay out a few berries of barberry, as shown in the photo.

If you could not chop it thinly, beat the meat with a hammer. To avoid splashed walls, cover the product with cling film.

3. Cut the potato into thin slices. Fold a separate bowl, salt and pepper to taste, mix.

4. Tomatoes are also cut into circles, if they are not large. Large fruits can be chopped in semicircles. Cheese just grate on a coarse grater.

3. Put all the pieces in a deep bowl. Chop the garlic finely with a knife and add to the chicken. Pour fillet with kefir and mix. The chicken should all be covered with marinade. Refrigerate the meat for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
